Regardless of your chosen payment method, you will receive a purchase invoice for your service at your email address (in PDF format) immediately after payment, or in physical form immediately upon your arrival on the agreed trip.

Payment methods:

  • online with credit or debit card (MasterCard®, Maestro, Visa, American Express),
  • on arrival before the trip* with American Express, MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron and Maestro credit cards,
  • with cash on arrival befor the trip,
  • Bank transfer, to Romeo & Juliet, for tourism and real estate),

* For some orders we reserve the right to demand payment by bank transfer to Romeo & Juliet, a tourism and real estate agency based on the offer / estimate where the applicable web price is valid.

Cancelation policy

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the excursion begins. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the excursion are non-refundable.
