Regardless of your chosen payment method, you will receive a purchase invoice for your service at your email address (in PDF format) immediately after payment, or in physical form immediately upon your arrival on the agreed trip.
Payment methods:
- online with credit or debit card (MasterCard®, Maestro, Visa, American Express),
- on arrival before the trip* with American Express, MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron and Maestro credit cards,
- with cash on arrival befor the trip,
- Bank transfer, to Romeo & Juliet, for tourism and real estate),
* For some orders we reserve the right to demand payment by bank transfer to Romeo & Juliet, a tourism and real estate agency based on the offer / estimate where the applicable web price is valid.
If you cancel your order or change your payment method, online credit card payment, please let us know at info@romeoandjuliet.hr so we can refund you money.
Conversion statement
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank.
When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
